Reset Password for Forgotten or Expired Passwords
A user may use the password reset link in the following two scenarios:

1. The ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page allows users to reset their password if they can’t remember it, by sending a recovery link to their email.
2. If the user has not logged in for more than 60 days, the system will redirect them to the reset password page upon login.

Reset Password for Forgotten Password

1. Open AgentFront CRM link.
2. Enter the username and click on continue.

   

3. It will redirect to the password page.
4. Click on Forget Password.

   

5. It will redirect to the “Forgot Password” page and ask you to enter your username again.
6. Enter your username and click on “Submit”.

   

7. A reset password link will be sent to the email associated with the entered username.

   

8. Check the associated email and navigate to “AgentFront” reset password email.
9. Click on Reset Password.

   

10. It will redirect you to the Reset Password page.
11. Enter a new password and confirm it, ensuring it meets the criteria mentioned.
12. After verifying that the passwords are identical, click “Submit”.
13. It will then redirect to the login page, where the user can log in with the new password.

    

Reset Password for Expired Password

1. Open AgentFront CRM link.
2. Enter the username and click on continue.

   

3. It will redirect to the password page.
4. Enter the password and click on Login.

   

5. If the password for the entered user has expired, a message will appear indicating that the password has expired and needs to be reset.

   

6. Enter a new password and confirm it, ensuring it meets the criteria mentioned.
7. After verifying that the passwords are identical, click “Submit”.
8. It will then redirect to the login page, where the user can log in with the new password.
