Reset Password for Forgotten or Expired Passwords
A user may use the password reset link in the following two scenarios:
- The ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page allows users to reset their password if they can’t remember it, by sending a recovery link to their email.
- If the user has not logged in for more than 60 days, the system will redirect them to the reset password page upon login.
Reset Password for Forgotten Password
- Open AgentFront CRM link.
- Enter the username and click on continue.

- It will redirect to the password page.
- Click on Forget Password.

- It will redirect to the “Forgot Password” page and ask you to enter your username again.
- Enter your username and click on “Submit”.

- A reset password link will be sent to the email associated with the entered username.

- Check the associated email and navigate to “AgentFront” reset password email.
- Click on Reset Password.

- It will redirect you to the Reset Password page.
- Enter a new password and confirm it, ensuring it meets the criteria mentioned.
- After verifying that the passwords are identical, click “Submit”.
- It will then redirect to the login page, where the user can log in with the new password.

Reset Password for Expired Password
- Open AgentFront CRM link.
- Enter the username and click on continue.

- It will redirect to the password page.
- Enter the password and click on Login.

- If the password for the entered user has expired, a message will appear indicating that the password has expired and needs to be reset.

- Enter a new password and confirm it, ensuring it meets the criteria mentioned.
- After verifying that the passwords are identical, click “Submit”.
- It will then redirect to the login page, where the user can log in with the new password.
